Teen Library Council

Teen Library Council is a volunteer group for youth in 6th-12th grades. Members help plan and implement library programs and services for teens and other age groups throughout the school year. In 2023 the group helped organize or gave input into programs such as:

-Teen Lock-Ins

-Stuffed Animal Storytime

-Family Screen Free Trivia

-Teen Summer Reading Program

You can join TLC at any time! To join, please print out and complete the Youth Volunteer Application (attached on the right) and bring it in to the library, or come in to the library to fill out an application in person. We're always looking for more enthusiastic and committed members who can work as a team to make San Juan Island Library's Teen Services the best around!
