From COP30 to Our Community with Necia Quast

Necia Quast attended the second week of COP30 in Belem, Brazil as an observer for the League of Women Voters of the US. COP 30 was the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference, which took place in November. As the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, it brought together governments, experts, and civil society to negotiate and agree on policies to address climate change and its impacts.
