Event Details

We're partnering with Seattle Arts and Lectures to present a livestream conversation with bestselling author Barbara Kingsolver. Winner of the 2023 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction, Barbara Kingsolver is lauded as one of the most celebrated novelists of our time. She will appear virtually in conversation with Ruth Dickey, the Executive Director of the National Book Foundation. The talk will be followed by a Q&A.

Two ways to join!

1. Join us in person at the Library (encouraged if you're able). No registration is required. Come watch the virtual event together, with refreshments!

2. Register to receive a link and watch at home (limited availability--Update: this option is full. Please join us in person!)--The event is streamed through SAL's website (https://lectures.org/event/barbara-kingsolver/). The link and password will not be available to the public until the day of the event; we will send a separate email on October 16th with instructions on how to access the talk. Please only register once per household.
