Unveiling the Power of BIPOC Women: Inspiring True Leadership through Open Hearts

In a world where barriers are erected and glass ceilings remain unbroken, Mona Das stands as a testament to the power of resilience and determination. As a BIPOC woman in the WA State Senate, she faced the challenges of being a woman in leadership, and also confronted the systemic barriers that marginalized communities face every day. Mona will share her insight that true leadership is not about power or control, but comes from an open heart committed to lifting others up and creating meaningful change.

This event is part of a speaker series hosted in coordination with The Madrona Institute highlighting women of color in leadership. This program is hosted online through Zoom. Please register using your email below to receive the link.
