Stop by the San Juan Island Library to meet Rosanne Parry, New York Times best-selling author of the Voice of the Wilderness series and Whale of the Wild about a young orca’s survival navigating the delicate ecosystems of the Salish Sea.

Parry has taught writing throughout the Pacific Northwest and currently writes from a tree house in her backyard in Portland, OR.

Her latest book, The Wolf Effect: A Wilderness Revival Story, is a narrative nonfiction picture book chronicling the reintroduction of wolves into Yellowstone National Park.
