Calling all children in grades K-5th and homeschool equivalents: It's Bookmark Contest time! To participate, grab a template at the San Juan Island Library or your school to create a one-of-a-kind bookmark for the Library's 2025 Summer Reading Program. Our theme this year is Color Our World! We're celebrating creativity of all kinds - music, arts, dance, and cultures from around the globe. A winner from each grade level will receive a gift certificate to Griffin Bay Bookstore and the winning entries will be published into bookmarks for our community to enjoy. All of the bookmark will be on display at the Library throughout the summer months.
