All Islands Read 2024

The All Islands Read event returns this year with a mission to build community spirit through a shared reading experience. Featuring THE HORSE by acclaimed author and musician Willy Vlautin and MEET ME TONIGHT IN ATLANTIC CITY by author and award-winning poet Jane Wong. This year’s program expands from Orcas Island to all of the San Juan Islands, including Shaw, San Juan, and Lopez.

There are several copies of both books available for checkout at San Juan Island Library. Those desiring to purchase a copy can pick up a coupon here at the library by asking at the front desk, and present it to Griffin Bay for 20% off either of these books.

All events are free, but tickets are required. They will take place on Orcas Island at Parish Hall in the village of Eastsound, 242 Main Street. Organizers will coordinate with inter-island ferry times, and authors will be available to sign books at all events. Reserve your tickets now for the events September 28th and 29th on Orcas Island!
